My niece loved her unicorn arrangement, which made her first flower delivery especially memorable!! Unfortunately, it arrived several days after her birthday (the scheduled delivery date). We later learned the owner had been hospitalized, and once contacted, he promptly corrected the mistake and upgraded the arrangement. Emergencies arise and mistakes happen; we certainly understand that. What mattered most was the exceptional customer service afterward, which ultimately overshadowed the initial disappointment. I would gladly use them again. Therefore, I changed my stars from a lower rating to reflect the gratitude felt by us despite the initial disappointment. They are great people & the arrangement was large & stunning. If you appreciate community, supporting small businesses, & superb thoughtful customer service, please heavily consider this company!!
